Deux Ex Machina is the story of Saya and K, two assassins working with a network of underground mafia members to replace Seraphine's increasingly corrupt government with a radical, utopian government.

But the action's not the focus of the story--or, at least, not the only one. For it's not just an action story, or a thriller, but also a romance, a twisted and toxic one, utterly befitting of its demise.
